What struck me most about “My Bagdad Cafe” was Bamboo’s ingenious blend of 3D structures and 2D images, each telling a unique story and inviting visitors to explore beyond the surface. During my tour, Bamboo generously shared insights into her creative process and the inspiration behind “My Bagdad Cafe.” It was inspiring to hear how she embraced the challenge of transitioning from a 2D artist to a creator of vast, immersive environments.
